Enza Tartaglia is the Director and founder of Healthy 4 Life Centre Inc. She is a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner, Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner as well as Holistic Iridologist. She earned her Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Food & Nutrition from Ryerson Polytechnic University in Toronto. During the following years, she became a Certified Fitness Consultant and worked in both fitness facilities and Wellness Centres helping others achieve their health goals.

As an advocate of continued education, Enza went on to pursue a credential in Holistic Nutrition. She graduated with First Class Honours at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto where she earned her RNCP and CNP designations. She has been practicing for more than 10 years. Enza specializes in individualized, one on one counselling. She has participated as a guest speaker at many venues and often volunteers her services without hesitation. She also co-authored a children's snack cookbook that is aimed at helping parents provide healthy eating to preschool to adolescent kids. The title of the book is "Munch, Yum, Grow Snacks". She also earned her Iridology Diploma from Dr. Pesek. Her love for continuing education has inspired her to currently to attain the designation of Homeopathic Doctor.

In addition to her educational credentials, her true strength lies in her compassion to publicly enhance and expand nutritional awareness. Enza dedicates herself tirelessly to this mission.

Through Healthy 4 Life Centre Inc., Enza aims to empower people to take charge of their own health and vitality. She assists people in taking ownership for their health through nutrition and lifestyle.
